Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Due to the nature of our product (customized printed journals), we do not offer refunds unless the product you received is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your journal arrives damaged, please share photos or videos of the issue with us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Support Email].
Once verified, we will send a replacement copy at no extra cost.

Orders delivered in good condition.
